S. Jackson Kimball III

S. Jackson "Jack" Kimball III was a master-in-equity for York County, South Carolina. He was appointed on July 1, 2003. Due to South Carolina's mandatory retirement age requirement, Kimball had to retire by June 2018. As of July 4, 2017, he had not announced a specific retirement date.[1][2]
Biography
Kimball earned a B.A. from Davidson College and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina.[1]
Prior to his installation as a master-in-equity, Kimball was an attorney in general trial and appellate practice. His experience also includes service as a member of the Rock Hill Zoning Board of Appeals, the executive committee of Citizens for Rock Hill's Future, and the board of directors and executive committee of the Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation.[1]
