Scarlett B. Latham is a district court judge for the 40th District Court, which presides over Clinton, Russell, and Wayne counties in Kentucky.[1] She was elected to the court in 2010 and re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning a four-year term that expired on January 6, 2019.[2][3][4][5]
