Scott Champlin

Biography
Champlin graduated from the University of Memphis with degrees in history and interdisciplinary liberal arts. He received his J.D. from the University of Memphis’ Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Before attending college, he served in the United States Army for four years as an Airborne Ranger. Champlin is employed by Snap-on Equipment of Conway. He also serves on the Conway Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Central Arkansas Workforce Investment Board and is a member of Second Baptist Church. He and his wife, Andrea, have three children.[1]

In the September 16, 2014, general election, Wesley "Trip" Leach ran unopposed in Zone 4, and Scott Champlin ran unopposed in Zone 5.

Because each seat was unopposed, they were not listed on the ballot.
