Scott Taylor Reese is a district court judge for the 32nd District Court, which presides over Boyd County in Kentucky.[1] He was appointed to the court in November 2009 by Governor Steve Beshear and was re-elected by voters in 2010 and 2014.[2][3][4][5] His four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[6]

Reese was elected to the 32nd District Court. He defeated challenger Anna H. Ruth with 59.60% of the vote on November 2, 2010.[3][7]

Education
Reese received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law.[2]
Career
Before his appointment to the court in 2009, Reese served as an assistant commonwealth’s attorney for Boyd County.[2]
