Noteworthy events
Arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery (2019)
Frison was arrested on September 8, 2019, after an altercation with her wife.[7] According to police reports, Frison grabbed her wife by the hair while she was holding the couple's four-year-old child.[7] A passerby called the police after witnessing a car, driven by Frison, following a woman who appeared in distress. William Kettlewell, Frison's attorney, said the couple was disappointed their private matter ended in criminal charges, and the judge looked forward to a quick resolution in court.[7] The Massachusetts Trial Courts placed Frison on administrative leave following the charges.[8]
On February 28, 2020, Frison entered a plea of admission to sufficient facts to support a guilty finding. Judge Michael L. Fabbri placed Frison on probation.[9]
