Sheryl Ann Dorney
Sheryl Ann Dorney was a judge on the York County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Dorney was first elected to the court in 1987. She was retained in 1997 and 2007. Her term was set to expire in 2017 but Dorney chose to retire in July 2013.[2][3] Dorney was the first female to serve on the York County court.[3] Dorney died on October 11, 2016.[4]
Education
Dorney earned her undergraduate degree from Mansfield University in 1971 and her J.D. from Valparaiso University in 1974.[5]
