The question on the ballot:
| Shall the Constitution of this State be amended to provide that all persons eighteen years of age or older shall be sui juris and endowed with full legal rights and responsibilities, provided that the General Assembly may restrict the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons until age twenty-one?[1][2] |
