The question on the ballot:

Shall Section 1 of Article VIII-A of the Constitution of South Carolina 1895 be amended to prohibit the sale of alcoholic liquors in retail liquor stores from between sunset to sunrise to between the hours of seven o'clock p.m. and nine o'clock a.m.?[1][2]
