South Dakota Magistrate Judge Mark Marshall resigns after second DUI conviction

South Dakota: Former 7th Circuit Court Magistrate Judge Mark F. Marshall has notified the Unified Judicial System that he is stepping down after his second DUI conviction. Marshall had served the court since March 2009 and was on a leave of absence since October 2010. Other judges will continue covering Marshall's case load until a replacement judge is named and approved by the Supreme Court. [1]
