Spring 2011 internships available with Ballotpedia

MADISON, Wisconsin: Eight spring 2011 internships are available with Ballotpedia beginning on Monday, January 24. Bailey Ludlam will work with four interns in Ballotpedia's ballot measure portal, while Geoff Pallay will supervise four interns in Ballotpedia's state legislative portal.
The internships are available on a remote basis, and begin on Monday, January 24, lasting for 12 weeks. The application deadline for both programs is Friday, January 14, 2011. Internships are open to current undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent graduates.
Ballot measure interns will expand and build profiles on state ballot measure activists, donors and organizations. Additionally, interns will help launch a campaign finance project that features ballot measure specific and statewide donations.
State legislative interns will work focus on state legislatures, state legislators and state legislative elections. This will include analyzing electoral competitiveness in recent years.
