Two St. John Town Street & Sewage Levy Implementation measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the town of St. John which is in Whitman County.

Street Measure
Sewage Measure
- YES 190 (67.38%)
- NO 92 (32.62%)[1]
The first measure sought to impose a property tax set at a rate of $1.50 per $1,000 of assessed property value in order to help pay for street maintenance and improvements in the town.
The second measure sought to impose a property tax set at a rate of $1.80 per $1,000 of assessed property value in order to help pay for water and sewage upgrades in the town.[2]
