Stephen Kinsella
Stephen Kinsella was a probate judge for the Portland Probate District in Connecticut. His term expired on January 4, 2011.[1]
2010 elections
Kinsella ran for election to the new Region No. 14 Probate District Court. This court replaced the Portland Probate District in 2011.[2] He defeated Kenneth Barber in the Democratic primary, winning 53.27% of the vote. He was defeated by Jennifer Berkenstock in the general election.[3][4]
