Steven A. Samuelson was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 35 of the Alaska House of Representatives. He ran unsuccessfully for District 2 of the Alaska House of Representatives in 2010.

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 2, 2014. District 34 incumbent Jonathan Kreiss-Tomkins was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Steven A. Samuelson was unopposed in the Republican primary. Kreiss-Tomkins defeated Samuelson in the general election.[1][2][3][4]

Samuelson was defeated by incumbent Peggy Wilson in the August 24 Republican primary.[5]
