Stuart A. Minkowitz is the assignment judge of the Vicinage 10 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] He was appointed assignment judge in May 2015 and previously served as the presiding judge of the criminal division from 2012 to 2015.[2][3] He was appointed by Governor Jon Corzine in 2008 and was re-appointed in December 2014. He may now serve on the court until he reaches the mandatory retirement age in 2037.[4]

Education

Minkowitz received his bachelor's degree from the University at Albany, State University of New York in 1988. He earned his J.D. from the Brooklyn Law School in 1992.[5]
