Susan Wesley McClure is a family court judge for the 4th Judicial Circuit Court, which presides over Hopkins County in Kentucky.[1] She was appointed to the court by former Governor Ernie Fletcher in January 2006 and was re-elected without opposition in 2014.[2][3] Her current eight-year term expires on January 1, 2023.[4]

McClure received both her undergraduate degree and her J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky.[5]

Career

Before her appointment to the court in 2006, McClure served as a domestic relations commissioner for Hopkins County. She also previously served as an attorney for the Hopkins County Attorney's Office.[2]
