Ballot question

The ballot question was as follows:[1]

An additional tax for the benefit of Sylvania City School District for the purpose of providing for school safety and security at a rate not exceeding 0.9 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.09 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2018, first due in calendar year 2019.[2]
