Terra Siegert is the former at-large representative on the Dubuque Community School District school board in Iowa. First elected in 2013, Siegert lost a re-election campaign in the at-large general election on September 12, 2017.
Biography
Siegert graduated from Dubuque Senior High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and English from Cornell College. She received a master's degree in Molecular Biology from the Molecular Biology from Universiteit Leiden in Leiden, The Netherlands. She has worked as the program director for Community Educators, a research assistant II at the University of Iowa, Biology Department, and the assistant manager of PAGE Purification at Integrated DNA Technologies.[1]

2017
Three of seven seats on the Dubuque Community School District school board in Iowa were up for at-large general election on September 12, 2017. Two incumbents filed for re-election.[2] Incumbent Jim Prochaska and challengers Anderson Sainci and Nancy Bradley defeated incumbent Terra Siegert and challengers Chuck Seymour, Candace Raymond, and David Orr in the general election.[3]
