Terry A. Tschannen is judge for the 9th Circuit Court. He was elected to the court after winning the 2012 primary election.[1] His current term will expire in 2018.[2]

Education
Tschannen earned his B.S. from the University of Missouri in 1985, and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina in 1988.[3][4]
Career
Tschannen worked in Linn County as an attorney in private practice for 20 years prior to taking the bench. He has worked as a criminal defense attorney, a prosecutor in some criminal cases and also as legal counsel in civil proceedings.[5]
