Thomas J. Eshelman was a judge on the Berks County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He retired in 2006, and continued working as a senior judge for some time.[1]
Education
Eshelman earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.[2]
