Thomas M. McCarty was a judge on the Akron Municipal Court in Ohio. He was elected in November 2009, defeating incumbent Stephen A. Fallis.[1] His term expired on December 2, 2012.

2011 election

McCarty was defeated by Joy Malek Oldfield in the general election on November 8, receiving only 48.77% of the vote.[2][3]
