One seat on the Red Clay Consolidated School District Board of Education was up for at-large election on May 9, 2017. The District C incumbent did not file for re-election. Newcomer Ashley Sabo defeated fellow candidates Henry Clampitt and Thomas Pappenhagen to win the seat.[1]
