Thomas Schanzle-Haskins is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. He joined the court in 2014.[1]

Education

Haskins earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University and his J.D. as part of the charter class of the Southern Illinois University School of Law.[1]

Professional career

Prior to joining the court, Haskins was a partner with Brown, Hay & Stephens. He has also was an attorney for Giffin, Winning, Cohen & Bodewes and an assistant U.S. attorney.[1]

Haskins was appointed by the judges of the Central District of Illinois in February of 2014.[1]
