Thomas Xavios was a judge for Berks County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania. He ran for the seat of Deborah P. Lachina after his district (due to consolidation).
2011 election
Boyer won both parties' primaries on May 17. He received 44.5 percent in the Democratic primary and 42.8 percent of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] He cross-filed with the Republican and Democratic parties. He was elected after running unopposed on November 8. [2]
