A Three Lakes School District Tax Levy Exceeding Revenue Limit Referendum measure was approved on the February 19, 2013 election ballot in Oneida and Forest Counties, which are in Wisconsin.

This measure authorized the Three Lakes School District to impose a property tax levy increasing its revenue beyond the state set limitations by $2,345,123 per year for five years.[1]

Language of the resolution:

BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the School District of Three Lakes, Forest and Oneida Counties, Wisconsin that the revenue included in the School District budget be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $2,345,123 per year for five years beginning with the 2013-2014 school year and ending with the 2017-2018 school year, for non-recurring purposes consisting of ongoing operational expenses and increasing the District's fund balance.[1][2]
