I'm A Ward 2 resident in Saint Paul's West End neighborhood. Born and raised; I have been through St. Paul Public Schools K-12th grade. I graduated from Humboldt High School in 2004. I'm a single mother who works as an Administrative Assistant at a Law Firm Downtown St. Paul. My daughter is in the SPPS and I have seen the change; it's not for the better. I have spent my time volunteering throughout my community, traveling with my daughter, and trying to make a difference.
  • Safety in our Schools
  • Facilities Remodeling Budget; along with Budget Timeline
  • Mental Health for our Students
I was a Lifeguard at the YWCA of St. Paul. A job I was able to get after taking a St. Paul Connections course where I was able to get certified in Lifeguard Training for only $1.
To be the voice of the students, parents, teachers, and taxpayers, To be able to foresee what future students may need, what the schools will need. Making sure we are offering our students the best opportunities that are available.
Any Voter within St. Paul, MN
I would look at our curriculum; and make sure we are meeting the needs of all of our students. I would look at teachers with different backgrounds. I would look at homework options for non-English speaking families.
