Tim Sauer was a candidate for the Parkway school board in Missouri. He was defeated by incumbents Chris Jacob, Dee Mogerman and fellow challenger Deborah Hopper on April 8, 2014 in the general election.

Sauer graduated from Parkway West High School in 1989. He has a bachelor's degree in business and finance, and he has worked AT&T in customer service, sales, risk assessment and information technology for the past 20 years. He has participated in numerous volunteer opportunities, including serving as an archery director at a summer camp, the Public Works Citizens Advisory Group for Chesterfield and coaching sports.[1]
