Timothy Gerking
Timothy Gerking is a judge on the Jackson County Circuit Court in Oregon. He was appointed by Governor Ted Kulongoski in December of 2010 to replace retired Judge Raymond White. His date of swearing-in was January 7, 2011.[1][2]
2012 election
Gerking ran unopposed and was re-elected in the May 15th primary.[3][4]

Gerking received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from Arizona State University Law School.[2]
