Timothy R.E. Keeney is the judge on the North Central Connecticut Probate District in Connecticut.[1] He began serving in 2011 and was re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning a four-year term that expired on January 8, 2019.[2][3]

Keeney ran unopposed in the Republican primary. He defeated Mark J. Maniscalco in the general election.[4][5]

Education

Keeney earned his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1970 and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1976.[6]

Military service

Keeney is a retired captain for the United States Navy. He served three years of active duty as a Navy SEAL and 32 years in the SEAL Reserves.[6]
