Toby S. Monaco

Toby S. Monaco is a judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was elected to this position on September 5, 2000, effective the following January. His current term expires in January of 2019.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Monaco received his B.A. degree (in psychology) from the University of Florida in 1970 and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1973.[1]
Career
Monaco joined the circuit court in 2001. He served as the administrative judge of the Family Division from March of 2002 to July of 2003 and as the administrative judge of the Civil Division from January of 2005 to February of 2010.[1]
2012 election
Monaco was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the primary election on August 14, 2012.[5]
