Biography

Todd Page earned a bachelor's degree in English literature from Transylvania University in 1987 and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1990. Page's career experience includes working as an attorney with Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC. He volunteers with the Autism Society of the Bluegrass in Lexington, Kentucky, which describes itself as, “a resource and support group for families and professionals in the Central Kentucky area who are involved with autism.”[1][2]

Judges of the Kentucky Circuit Courts are elected to eight-year terms in nonpartisan elections. They must run for re-election if they wish to serve subsequent terms.[3]

The chief judge is selected by his or her peers and serves a two-year term.[3]

Qualifications
In order to serve on this court, a judge must be:[3]

  • a U.S. citizen;
  • a resident of the represented district for at least two years; and
  • licensed to practice law for at least eight years.
