Tom M. Henning ran for judge on the Southwest Judicial District of North Dakota in 2012.
2012 election
Henning won 24.25% of the vote in the primary election on June 12, advancing him to the general election. There he was defeated by Dann Greenwood on November 6, receiving 39.37% of the vote.[1][2][3]

Henning received his J.D. from the University of North Dakota.[4]
Career
Henning has been an attorney for over thirty years. At the time of his candidacy, he was the state's attorney for Stark County.[5]
