Victor J. Alfieri was a judge for the Rockland County Supreme Court in New York. He was elected to this court in 2006 and his last term expired in 2016. The 9th District has jurisdiction over the counties of Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester.[1]

Education

Alfieri earned his B.A. from the Pace University, Lubin School of Business, in 1976. He earned his J.D. from the Pace University of Law in 1979.[1]

  • 2006-2016: Judge, Rockland County Court
  • 2005-2006: Judge, Middletown City Drug Court
  • 2000-2006: Acting judge, Middletown and WHite Plains City Courts
  • 1989-2006: Town justice, Clarkstown
  • 1982-1987: Assistant public defender
  • 1979-1982: Assistant district attorney

Alfieri has also served as an adjunct professor at the SUNY-Rockland Criminal Law; Juvenile Justice System.[1]
