Vito L. Bianco is a judge for the Tax Court in New Jersey.[1] He was first appointed in 2001, and reappointed with tenure in 2008. He must retire in 2028, when he reaches 70, New Jersey's mandatory retirement age.[2]
Education
Biano received his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, and his J.D. from California Western School of Law.[3]
