W. Todd Walton II

W. Todd Walton II was a district court judge for the 19th District Court, which presides over Bracken, Fleming, and Mason counties in Kentucky.[1] He was retained to the court by voters on November 2, 2010, to a four-year term commencing on January 3, 2011, and ending in 2015.[2][3] Before he completed his term, Walton announced his resignation from the court on August 27, 2012, effective September 10, 2012.[4] He was succeeded by Frank H. McCartney.[5]
Education
Walton received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and his J.D. from the Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.[6]
