Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
To amend the state Constitution to reduce from sixty percent to a simple majority the vote required to increase the property tax levy rate and to reduce from three fifths to a simple majority the vote required for passage of the bond issue by counties, cities, school districts, or municipal corporations.[2] |
