Wheeler Armston Rosenbalm
Wheeler Armston Rosenbalm was a circuit court judge in the Sixth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He served in this position from 1990 until his retirement on January 1, 2013.[1][2]
Education
Rosenbalm received his undergraduate degree from Lincoln Memorial University in 1960 and his law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1964.[2]
Career
Rosenbalm taught at the University of Tennessee College of Law from 1964 to 1966. He began practicing law with the firm of Frantz, McConnell & Seymour LLP in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1965 and he became a partner of that firm in 1967. He then joined the circuit court in 1990.[2][3]

Rosenbalm was re-elected without opposition.[4]
