A Whitewater School District Budget Override measure was going to be on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Whitewater school district area which is in Jefferson, Rock and Walworth Counties.
This measure was going to seek to allow the school district to go over the set revenue limit for a further five years by a rate of $620,000 per year. The extra money would go towards maintaining class sizes and programs as well as facilities.[1] But this measure was taken off the ballot because the school district received funds from the state through the Federal Education Job bill.[2]
