Wilbur Warren
Wilbur W. Warren was a circuit court judge for the Kenosha County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.[1] Warren was first appointed to the position in 1996 by Governor Tommy Thompson and elected in 1997. He was re-elected in 2003 and 2009.[2] He retired from the court in 2014.[3]
Education
Warren earned his B.S.P. from the University of Florida in 1967. He later earned his J.D. from the Marquette University School of Law in 1972.[2]
