William A. Cardwell
William A. Cardwell was a judge of the O`ahu First Circuit District Court of Hawaii. He was appointed on May 20, 2004 and he retired in December 2011.[1][2]
Education
Cardwell received a B.S. from the University of Utah and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.[3]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge, Cardwell worked as a per diem District Court Judge. From 1982 to 2001, he worked at Cades Schutte Fleming and Wright.[4]
