Sestak received his B.A. degree from the University of South Florida and his J.D. (1977) from Stetson University College of Law.[1][2]
Career
Sestak is a former public defender. He was elected to the County Court bench in 1992.[3]

Sestak ran unopposed and was automatically re-elected following the Nov. 6, 2012 general election.[4][5]
