William I. Mogulescu was a judge of the New York Supreme Court 12th Judicial District. He assumed office in 2013.
Education
Mogulescu received his J.D. degree from the New York University School of Law.[1]
Career
Mogulescu began his judicial career in 1990 when he was appointed to the New York City Criminal Court of Bronx County. He was reappointed to this position in 2000 and 2010. Since 1998, he has also worked as an Acting Supreme Court Justice.[1]
