William J. McGovern, III is a judge on the Vicinage 10 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] He was appointed in 2004 and reappointed with tenure in 2011. McGovern may serve until he reaches the mandatory retirement age in 2022.[2]

Education

McGovern received a B.A. in history from the College of the Holy Cross in 1974. He earned his J.D. from Southwestern University in 1979.[3]
