William R. Finnegan is a judge on the Marion County Court of Common Pleas in Marion, Ohio.[1] He joined the court in 2004 and was re-elected in November 2012 to another six-year term which expired on January 1, 2019.[2][3]

Education

Finnegan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and his J.D. from Ohio State University.[4]

Career

Before joining the Court of Common Pleas, Finnegan served as a judge for the Marion Municipal Court in Marion, Ohio.[5]

2012 election

Finnegan defeated Warren Tom Edwards in the general election on November 6, winning 64.57% of the vote.[6][7]
