Eight Winter Springs City Charter Amendment measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Winter Springs, which is in Seminole County.

Six of the eight measures were approved

These eight amendments ranged from Annexation of property into the city, term limits and eligability to run for office as well as compensating the clerk and removing portions of the charter.[1]
