The Libertarian Party of Florida is the Florida political party affiliate of the national Libertarian Party. The group is headquartered in Hallandale, Florida.[1]

As of April 2024, Joshua Hlavka was the party chair for the Libertarian Party of Florida. Hlavka ran for election to the Florida House of Representatives to represent District 105. He lost in the general election on November 5, 2024.

- Officers and directors at-large of the executive committee serve two-year terms.
- The executive committee is responsible for planning the annual convention and the annual business meeting.
- The chair of the executive committee is the leader of the party and the treasurer is the chief financial officer.
