An ordinance to authorize and empower Baltimore County, Maryland to borrow $17,216,000 for community college projects to be undertaken in the ensuing fiscal years starting July 1, 2007 pursuant to Sections 705(a) and 718 of the Baltimore County Charter. (Bill 55-06)[1]
