Barbara L. Hughes was a judge of the Colorado 4th Judicial District. She left office in 2019.
Education
Hughes received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1980 and her J.D. from the University of Colorado in 1988.[1]
Career
Hughes served as a magistrate on the Fourth District Court. She has also served as an attorney with Colorado Legal Services, Pikes Peak Legal Services and in private practice.[1]
