Michelle A. Armstrong is a judge on the New York City Criminal Court of New York County, New York. She was appointed to this position by Mayor Michael Bloomberg in 2013.[1]

Armstrong received her undergraduate degree from Hampton University in 1989, and earned her J.D. from the National Law Center at George Washington University in 1992.[1]
