Terri Adams McDowell is a former probate judge of Lowndes County in Georgia. In March 2016, McDowell announced that she would not seek re-election in 2016. Detria Carter Powell was elected to succeed McDowell.[1]
Biography
McDowell joined the probate court in 1979 as a deputy clerk. She served as chief clerk prior to her appointment to the bench.[1]
