Thomas H. Sachse was a judge for the Fourth Judicial District of the District Courts in Kansas. He was retained on November 6, 2012.[1] Sachse retired from the bench on May 9, 2014.[2]
Education
Sachse received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law.[3]
Career
Sachse was appointed to the Fourth Judicial District in 1991. Before his appointment he spent spent years in the private practice of law. He also served as a judge for the Wellsville Municipal Court from 1980 to 1986.[3]
Elections
2012
Sachse stood for retention to the Fourth Judicial District Court on November 6, 2012.[4] He was successful in his bid for retention, earning 66.8% of the vote with 14,436 yes votes.[1]
